Eltham.
On May 28, between 12:45am and 1:20am a 22-year-old woman near Main Rd, Eltham was allegedly indecently assaulted after accepting a ride from a male driver that the woman believed was a ride sharing service.
Believing the driver was offering a ride sharing service she got inside the vehicle whereby the woman was allegedly indecently assaulted before being dropped off at another Eltham address.
The vehicle is described as a late model four door sedan, white or grey in colour with an all black interior.
Victoria Police reports the alleged offender is of Indian appearance, aged in his 20s or 30s, with large brown eyes, short spikey hair, a long thin nose and slight stubble.
