An unnamed 61-year-old male leading senior constable from Southern Region has been charged with assault following an incident while the officer was on-duty in Noble Park on 4 August 2021 after an internal investigation.
An unnamed 61-year-old male leading senior constable from Southern Region has been charged with assault following an incident while the officer was on-duty in Noble Park on 4 August 2021 after an internal investigation.
The 61-year-old male officer has been charged with one count each of unlawful assault and assault with a weapon.
He has been summoned to appear before an undisclosed court on an undisclosed date.
