A wedge-tail eagle attacked a chihuahua, Kinglake local Mitch Bartlett told Tony Jones on Mornings with Neil Mitchell on radio 3AW.

“A chihuahua has had a lucky escape after it was attacked by a monster eagle at Kinglake.”
