Police are investigating following a fatal collision in Windermere at about 4:15am this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Western Highway west of Powells Road following reports of a two-vehicle collision.
One man, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
A second man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined.
Investigations remain ongoing.
