ATTWOOD, VIC. — Fire Rescue Victoria responded to a house fire in Attwood shortly after midnight this morning.

ATTWOOD, VIC. — Fire Rescue Victoria responded to a house fire in Attwood shortly after midnight this morning.

Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames issuing from the home. Firefighters deployed multiple hose lines on the blaze and were able to bring the fire under control at 12.48am.

The house has sustained significant damage in the fire. All occupants of the home evacuated safely without injury.

The cause has been deemed as lithium batteries on charge, which then caught fire.
