Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after a man’s body was located in Mambourin this morning.
The man’s body was located in a park near Elementary Road, Mambourin – located within the City of Wyndham – about 7:30am today.
He is yet to be identified.
Circumstances surrounding his death are yet to be determined.
A man, believed to be known to the victim, is currently in custody and assisting police with enquiries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Police are keen to speak to anyone from the area with CCTV or dash-cam footage.
