Detectives are investigating the circumstances following a suspicious house fire in Deer Park on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the unoccupied home on Carroll Street at about 7am.
An arson chemist attended the scene this morning.
Investigations by Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) detectives are ongoing into the cause of the fire.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
