POINT COOK, VIC. — Major Collision Investigation Unit (MCIU) detectives are investigating a fatal collision after a Toyota Corolla and a Porsche Macan collided at the Boardwalk Boulevard and Innessfail Drive intersection in Point Cook at about 9.40pm yesterday.
Sadly, the driver of the Toyota, a 33-year-old woman from Point Cook, died at the scene.
The passenger of that vehicle, a 67-year-old-woman from Point Cook, also died at the scene.
The driver of the Porsche, a 53-year-old Point Cook man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is assisting investigators.
