MALVERN EAST, VIC. — Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday afternoon.
Investigators have been told a man on a mobility scooter was crossing Warrigal Road about 3.15pm when he was hit by a car.
Emergency crews treated the man at the scene. He could not be revived.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and spoke with police.
