Detectives are investigating after an armed robbery at a Plenty Road bottle shop in Preston on Tuesday, January 14.
Investigators understand a male offender attended the Plenty Road bottleshop about 8:40pm before approaching the cash register and presenting a firearm in front of an employee.
He then made demands for money to be put into a plastic bag.
The bottle shop employee complied. The man fled the scene with the cash and a 10-pack of Woodstock & Cola cans.
No one was physically injured in the incident.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the man to come forward.
He is perceived to be caucasian, aged between about 50 and 60 years old, with short brown hair.
The man was depicted wearing black sunglasses, a blue and white checkered shirt, dark shorts and white runners
He also has distinctive tattoos on both his legs, one of these being a rose on his right calf.
