An Eastern Region senior constable has been charged following an internal investigation.
The 34-year-old woman has been charged with one count of shoplifting.
The charge relates to an alleged theft from a Chirnside Park supermarket while off-duty on July 18, 2024.
She will appear before a Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
