Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 83-year-old missing man William.
William was last seen at Frankston Beach walking north along the Nepean Highway about 2.30pm yesterday, December 25.
William is described as being 172cm tall with short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with blue and green stripes and beige pants.
Police and family have concerns for William’s welfare due to his age and mental health issues. His disappearance is described as being out of character.
