Police are appealing for public assistance to arrest 46-year-old man Mark Fabbri who is known to frequent the Eltham and Sunbury areas.
Mr Fabbri is wanted on a warrant in relation to failing to appear in court to face driving offences and other matters.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, with short brown hair and a medium build.
