Eildon residents petition council for rate reduction

A petition signed by 15 people seeks a 25 per cent rate reduction after clearing of The Boulevard, Eildon by Goulburn Murray Water (GMW).

Submitted by Mr John Turner, the petition suggests property values have been affected in 13 supporting submissions.

Residents of The Boulevard request action to revegetate the recent destruction of the
open drain.

It is expected the council will refer the petition to the Director of Corporate and Shared Services for a report to be prepared for 27 February 2019 Ordinary meeting of Council.
