Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have arrested a man following a fatal collision in Morwell on Thursday morning.
A 28-year-old Lakes Entrance man was arrested in Bairnsdale yesterday afternoon and has been interviewed by police.
He has been released pending further enquiries.
Police continue appealing to motorists who were travelling Traralgon-bound on the Princes Freeway to check their dashcams.
