MORWELL, VIC. — Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a man as part of their investigation into the death of a man in Morwell yesterday.
Police located a man unresponsive inside a property on Langford Street just after 3.30pm.
The 58-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene.
Police arrested a 43-year-old Morwell man a short time later on Latrobe Crescent in Traralgon.
He is expected to be interviewed later today.
A crime scene remains in place, and the investigation into the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
It is believed the parties are known to one another.
