
Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged a tenth person following an alleged affray and assaults which occurred in Melbourne on Sunday, August 31.
Police will allege the men assaulted people in Kings Domain around 5pm.
Yesterday, detectives arrested a 20-year-old Yea man on William Street, Melbourne, about 1.30pm outside the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court where the alleged offender was supporting neo-Nazi Thomas Sewell in court.
The Yea man was charged with violent disorder, affray, and discharging a missile.
Detectives last night also charged a 22-year-old man with the same offences, and an 18-year-old man with violent disorder, affray and assault with a weapon.
All three were bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court next Tuesday, September 16.
