Detectives have charged a seventh person following an alleged affray and assaults which occurred in Melbourne on Sunday, August 31.

Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit detectives allege the men – all believed to be members of the National Socialist Network (NSN), run by self-proclaimed Nazi, Thomas Sewell – assaulted First Nations people in Kings Domain around 5pm.

Detectives yesterday charged a 25-year-old Camperdown man with violent disorder, affray, unlawful assault and discharging a missile.

He was bailed to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 9.

Six other alleged offenders, including Thomas Sewell, have already been charged.
