Police are investigating the circumstances following a fatal house fire in Mildura yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on Keam Street about 6.50am.
One person, who is yet to be formally identified, was located deceased at the scene.
Two other occupants were taken to hospital with serious injuries, with one in a critical condition.
Investigations are ongoing into the cause of the fire, which is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.
