Detectives are investigating yesterday afternoon’s fire on Clarendon Street, Southbank.
Emergency services were called to a building fire on Clarendon Street just after 4pm.
No one was inside the building at the time of the incident.
The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined. An arson chemist will attend the scene this morning.
The fire is being treated as suspicious.
