MEADOW HEIGHTS, VIC. — At 9.10am yesterday, firefighters responded to an incident on Malmsbury Drive, Meadow Heights, after multiple callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a house fire.
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) escalated the response to a second alarm, and firefighters arrived on scene to find a single-storey house with flames extending through the roof.
Firefighters donned breathing apparatus and worked quickly to attack the fire and conduct a search.
The incident was deemed under control at 10.38am.
Ambulance Victoria attended to two patients.
