Pedestrian dies after collision

MEADOW HEIGHTS, VIC. — Police are investigating the death of a 78-year-old man following a collision in Meadow Heights last week.

MEADOW HEIGHTS, VIC. — Police are investigating the death of a 78-year-old man following a collision in Meadow Heights last week.

Emergency services were called to a collision between a pedestrian and a car at the intersection of Shankland Boulevard and Nicholson Crescent about 5.50pm on Tuesday, May 12.

The pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital, where he died last Friday, May 15.

The driver of the car remained on scene.

An investigation remains ongoing.
