DONCASTER EAST, VIC. — Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a serious collision.
Officers have been told a man in his 70s was crossing Reynolds Road about 1.10pm when he was hit by a car making a right-hand turn from a shopping centre car park.
The man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car, a woman in her 60s, stopped at the scene and is assisting the police.
