Suspicious Strathtulloh fire

STRATHTULLOH, VIC. — At 4.48pm on Monday, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to Selbourne Street after multiple callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a house fire.

STRATHTULLOH, VIC. — At 4.48pm on Monday, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to Selbourne Street after multiple callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a house fire.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a single-storey brick house fully involved in flames.

Wearing breathing apparatus, FRV and CFA crews got to work quickly to extinguish the blaze.

The fire was declared under control at 5.33pm.

The house sustained significant damage in the fire.

One occupant of the home was assessed on scene by Ambulance Victoria paramedics

The fire has been deemed suspicious and has been handed over to the Victoria Police for investigation.
