CROYDON, VIC. — Knox Highway Patrol officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam owners to come forward after a 62-year-old Croydon woman was struck by a truck near the intersection of Mt Dandenong and Parrs Roads, Croydon, just after 8.30am yesterday.
The 62-year-old Croydon woman was transported to hospital with critical injuries, where she later died.
The driver of the truck was not physically injured and stopped at the scene.
An investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
