Police are appealing for public assistance in the search for missing 32-year-old man Dougal.
Dougal was last seen in Ballarat Central about 7am yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
He is believed to be sleeping rough and is known to frequent the Wodonga, Ballarat and Melbourne city areas.
He is described as being about 186cm tall with a thin build, short dark hair and extensive tattoos on his legs and neck.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged not to approach him and contact Wodonga Police Station on (02) 6049 2620.
