CANBERRA, ACT. — Yesterday, Advance – of which former PM Tony Abbott and mining magnate Gina Rhinehart are either current or former donors and former board members – launched their new campaign to ‘smash Labor’.

Yesterday, Advance launched its attack ads targeting 10 (federal) Labor seats, with the only aim being to “smash Labor,” in ‘Operation First Strike’ whilst Advance’s Executive Director, Matt Sheahan, says that he is: “locking in the placements this week to send this ad into 10 seats Labor must win.”

First, we had to watch Anthony Albanese’s “address to the nation” about nothing.

“This is why it’s so important you and I get Operation First Strike into the attack phase right now,” Sheahan said in an email sent to VicNews soliciting donations from the ‘average Australians’ that Advance falsely claims it represents. Usually, one calls that lying.

This is your chance to fire up this campaign and deploy a powerful ad to turn the tide on Labor.”

Sheahan and Advance, with support and funding from the Atlas Network, US CPACs and the US Republican Party plan to convince actual ordinary Australians that Advance represents ‘your average working class Aussie’, which could not be further from the truth.

Advance represents the interests of its rich donors and powerful political players, such as Gina Rhinehart and former PM Tony Abbott, whilst grifting for funds from working-class Australians to ‘defeat the woke left’. It is an outright lie.

This is Advance’s plan, as per their email, as received by VicNews:

“Remember, this is the plan:

  • Intelligence: You funded opinion polling across all 10 seats – 2241 voters told us exactly what’s driving them away from Labor and what will change their vote.
  • Mobilisation: A recruitment campaign is underway to find 1000 anti-Labor supporters on the ground in those seats – locals ready to campaign when it counts.
  • < YOU ARE HERE > Attack: You funded the production of a targeted ad built on that research – designed to hit Labor where the polling says they’re weakest.”“The goal: SMASH LABOR,” the email states.

Strangely, Advance is constantly calling for donations from ‘ordinary Australians’ to fund its attack ads on behalf of the Atlas Network when Advance could just give Gina Rhinehart a call and ask her to cut them a cheque.

Advance is part of the Atlas Network and is closely and directly aligned with the MAGA movement, American CPACs and Donald Trump in the USA. Advance is also aligned with (the now) former Hungarian PM, Viktor Orbán and Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

Matt Sheahan and Advance did not respond to several requests for comment.
