Liberal Party MP, Senator Linda Reynolds has sent Brittany Higgins a ‘concerns notice’ regarding an Instagram post threatening defamation action against Ms Higgins.

Ms Higgins is considering her legal options.

VicNews has not been able to confirm which Instagram post the ‘concerns notice’ relates to.
