MIRBOO NORTH, VIC. — Police are investigating an affray in Mirboo North last night.

Investigators were told an altercation occurred between two groups of people at a recreational reserve on Strzelecki Highway on Friday, October 31, about 9.45pm.

A 19-year-old man, a 17-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man, all from Mirboo North, were assaulted during Halloween celebrations.

They were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The offenders, believed to be teenagers, fled the scene prior to police attending.

It is not believed that the parties are known to one another.

The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
