Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fatal collision in Epping yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services attended to reports that a car had collided with a parked truck on Jersey Drive about 2.05pm on Friday, April 11.
A male passenger of the car, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
The driver, a 41-year-old Wallan man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The truck driver was uninjured.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined. The investigation remains ongoing.
