MILL PARK, VIC. — At 2.28am, firefighters responded to a fire call on Ford Ct, Mill Park, after callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a house fire.
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find a single-storey house on fire.
Firefighters donned breathing apparatus and began attacking the fire as well as protecting exposures.
The fire was deemed under control at 03.44am.
Ambulance Victoria was on scene assisting FRV operations.
Firefighters remained on scene for several hours to ensure the fire was fully extinguished.
The fire was deemed suspicious.
The Victoria Police Arson Squad is investigating.
