During an Oval Office press conference, Trump again discussed Canada becoming the 51st US state. Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch was spotted sitting in the background.
Mr Murdoch, a media owner, was not in the Oval Office ‘press area’ with other media, instead sitting within President Trump’s inner circle.

It is not known whether Mr Murdoch attended of his own will or was invited to attend by President Trump.
