ESSENDON NORTH, VIC. — Police have arrested two men following a shooting in Essendon North this morning.
Officers on patrol observed six shots allegedly being fired into a café on Mount Alexander Road about 2.45am.
A stolen Toyota Kluger was observed leaving the scene, and the Air Wing followed the vehicle through Keilor and into Taylors Lakes.

The vehicle was parked on Mahon Court before the occupants ran into a property on Old Calder Highway.
Officers from the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) arrested an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old without incident.
The pair will be interviewed by detectives.
The Toyota was stolen in Macleod on May 15.
An investigation is ongoing.
