ROSEBUD, VIC. — Somerville Highway Patrol are investigating after a 57-year-old Rosebud man was located with critical injuries at the intersection of Point Nepean and Boneo roads by passersby just before 12.40am on Saturday.
CPR was performed, but the man sadly passed away at the scene.
Investigators have spoken to a bus driver in relation to the incident and are no longer treating the incident as a potential hit-run.

Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
