We’re inviting local sporting clubs and community groups to host fun, welcoming events that inspire women and girls to get out and active during Manningham Girls Can month this November.
Events and activities should be casual, social, and all about having a go.
Whether it’s a one-off session or a series of free or low-cost activities, we’d love your club or group to be involved.
Hosting an event is a great way to:
- Promote your club or group;
- Reach new members, volunteers or participants and
- Connect with your community.
Expressions of interest are now open.
Last year’s program featured come-and-try sessions, walking groups, cricket, hockey, running, barefoot bowls, Pilates, tai chi in the park, mother-daughter basketball, bocce games, and more!

Your event will also be featured in the Manningham Girls Can activity guide.
