A 44-year old Alexandra man has died in hospital after he came off his motorcycle in Alexandra yesterday.
The incident happened at the intersection of Grant and Downey streets when the rider, who was travelling through the intersection, clipped a gutter and came off his bike just before 5pm yesterday, September 29.
The rider, a 44-year-old Alexandra man, was transported by road ambulance to Alexandra’s Station St helipad and airlifted to a Melbourne hospital. He died shortly after arrival.
