COOLAROO, VIC. — Police are investigating an attempted carjacking that occurred on Sunday afternoon.
Officers have been told that two men approached a woman as she was seated in her car in a business carpark off Pascoe Vale Road about 1.20pm on Sunday, November 2.
One of the men got into the front passenger seat of the car and threatened the woman with a knife.
A scuffle broke out between the pair, and the woman received a stab wound to her thigh.
The offenders ran to the nearby car, which then drove off along Pascoe Vale Road.
The woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
