Police are appealing for witnesses following a high-steaks theft of a life-sized fibreglass cow from a business premises in Truganina in April this year.

Police have been told that a silver Holden VE Commodore station wagon towing a trailer containing three unknown offenders attended the business premises on Peterpaul Way on Sunday, April 27 about 1.20am.

Two thieves exited the Holden wearing balaclavas and dark clothing while the driver and the third offender remained in the vehicle.

The pair lifted and mooooved Betsy into the back of the trailer before hoofing the scene east along Schembri Drive.

Betsy is easily identifiable, she is red and white and is estimated to be worth $3500.

Betsy’s owners are udderly devastated.
