RESERVOIR, VIC. — FRV crews rescued a woman from a burning Reservoir property on Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters arrived on scene at the Housing Services apartment block on Boldrewood Parade at 12.15pm, to find a fire on the bottom floor of a two-storey brick apartment.
 
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews entered the property, finding a woman in the lounge room, not breathing and unconscious.
 
Crews rescued the woman from the building and assisted Ambulance Victoria paramedics and Victoria Police officers with administering CPR.
 
At 12.57pm the woman was transported to hospital.
 
The fire was deemed under control at 1.11pm.
 
On Monday morning, tradespeople are on site, boarding up the lower-level apartments that have been damaged by fire, smoke and water.
 
The cause will be investigated.
