A 38-year-old Mount Waverley man is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences after police pulled him up in Gardenvale last night.
Police were operating a random breath testing site on North Road when the man was waved in for a test at about 10.20pm.
The man allegedly returned a positive result and accompanied police for an evidentiary test where he returned an alleged reading of 0.269 per cent BAC.

His licence was immediately suspended for 12 months.
