Whitehorse detectives charged three people after a series of alleged burglaries across Melbourne.

Detectives allege the trio – a 38-year-old Brunswick West man, a 31-year-old Brunswick West woman and a 33-year-old Prahran woman – stole cash, sets of keys and personal property from six commercial venues.

Police believe break-ins to the Watson RSL, Box Hill RSL, Pascoe Vale RSL, Fawkner RSL and Greensborough RSL between January 11 to February 3.

The alleged offenders allegedly compromised the telecommunication and security systems at the Watsonia, Box Hill, and Pascoe Vale venues to gain building access.

On Friday, February 7, detectives issued search warrants at Prahran and Brunswick West properties.

They located and seized a vehicle and arrested a man and two women who were all bailed to appear before Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 28.
