Public BBQ at Frank Thomson won’t be replaced

The public BBQ at Frank Thomson Reserve – which had not been working for some years prior – was removed in June following vandalism. There are no plans to replace it according to Trevor Graham, Ranger Team Leader, Parks Victoria.

Despite being a popular destination for residents and tourists “Demand for this facility had been low.

“There are other BBQ facilities nearby in the [Kinglake National] park,” Graham said.
