A Seymour man has died after crashing his mobility scooter into a park bench earlier this month.
Emergency services were called to Station Street on 5 August about 11.15am.
It’s believed the 89-year-old local man was driving North West on the footpath when he collided with a public bench.
He sustained an injury to his ankle and was conveyed to a Melbourne hospital.
He passed away in hospital on 8 August.
