An 84-year-old Bundoora man has died following a collision with a tram in Bundoora around 9.35am this morning.
It’s believed the Bundoora man was crossing Plenty Road 9.35am when he was struck by the oncoming route 86 (RMIT Bundoora – Waterfront City, Docklands) tram.
The man received serious injuries and died at the scene.
No one else was injured during the incident.
Police will investigate the incident and prepare a report for the coroner.
