Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the missing 78-year-old Anglesea woman, Jennifer.
Jennifer was last seen on Weir Street, Anglesea, yesterday (Sunday, December 8) around midday.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as Jennifer is paralysed on one side and has dementia.

She is known to frequent the Anglesea area.
Jennifer is described as Caucasian, with dark brown and blonde-dyed hair, a large build, blue-grey eyes, and use of a mobility scooter.
She was last seen wearing dark-coloured tracksuit pants and a jacket.
