TREMONT, VIC. — Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Tremont earlier last night.
Emergency services were called following reports that a vehicle left the road and crashed down an embankment on Churchill Drive at about 5.30pm.
Sadly, an adult passenger from the vehicle died at the scene.

The male driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
