Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal house fire in Maximus Court, Kurunjang about 3.10pm.
The body of a person, who is yet to be identified, was located inside the property.
A crime scene has been established and detectives are working to establish the exact circumstances and cause of the fire.
