Victoria Police internal investigators have charged a 31-year-old protective services officer from Transit and Public Safety Command with historical sexual offending.
The charges relate to two alleged victims in Gisborne in 2006 and 2007, prior to the officer joining Victoria Police.
The officer has been summonsed to appear before an unknown magistrate’s court at a later date.
