Pedestrian struck at High St Epping tonight in critical condition

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle at High Street Epping around 8pm tonight, leaving a 26-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.

It’s believed the unnamed 26-year-old man was crossing the road at traffic lights on High Street about 8pm when he was struck by a vehicle.

He was taken to hospital with multiple injuries and currently in a critical condition.

The driver of the car is assisting police with their enquiries.
