Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 46-year-old Epping woman Cynthia Potter.
Potter was last seen at a hospital in Epping on Thursday 15 November and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for Cynthia’s welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Cynthia is described as Caucasian in appearance with a piercing to her left nostril and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt.
